The keeping of any intoxicating liquor obtained be- <br />fore this ordinance goes into ef_~ect, at a time, when, and a <br />place where, such liquor could be legally sol~ by any person or <br />at his home, an~ t:'e serving of theisms to members of bis family, <br />or to guests as an act of hospitality, when nothing of value or <br /> <br />repre_=entative of value is received in return <br />such home is not a place of public resort, or <br />of rooms in any hotel or club. <br /> <br />Aha, <br /> <br />therefor, arid when <br />a room or suite <br /> <br /> i.
