(g) BUSINESS OR C05~.~ERCE: The word "business'' and the word "commerce" mean the purchase, sale or other transaction in- volving the handling or dlsoos!tion of any article, substance or co~odlty for profit or livelihood, or the ownership or manage- ment of office buildings, offices, recreational or amusement enterprises. ~ Section 2. In order, to designate, regulage and restrict the location and locations of commerce, business, ca]lings, trades and enterprises, and the location of all buildings designed, arranged or intended for special uses, four (4) districts, which shall be known, as "District No. l~ "Distrfc~ 1 No. ~", District No. Z", and'~istrlct No. 4", which said several districts are hereby established, and the boundaries of said districts, and each of them, are more particularly described as follows, to wit: DESCRI~TION OF DIST.
