That'no building, structure or improve- <br />ment shall be used in said District No. ~ for any other <br />purpose, business, trade or calling than t~ose specified <br />in this Section. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Any building, or i~provement may be erecte~ <br /> ccnstr~cted, established, altered or entar~ed in said <br /> Distr,.ct No. I and in said D~strlct Fo. 3 without restric- <br /> tion as to its design, arrange~ent or intended use or pur- <br /> pose, provided such building, structure or improvement, or <br /> the use or pur¥ose thereof, is not prohibited by ]aw or <br /> Ordinance now in force or which may be hereafter enforced. <br /> <br /> £ection No, 6. In District No. 4 behind each building <br />there shall be a rear yard of a minimum depth from base <br />of rear wall to rear lot line of at least five (5) feet. <br />Along each side lot line there shall be s side yard of a <br />minimum width of four (4) feet, provided that for lots <br />thirty (30) feet or less in width, said minir~um wldth for <br />s,de yards may be reduced to three (3) feet, excepting <br />on a corner l~t there need be no side yard next to the <br />street line. <br /> <br /> Section V. The use or uses of all b~fldings, im- .. <br /> provements and premises now existfng!n any of said <br /> Districts thereof respectively at the time of the adoption <br /> of th~.s Ordinance may be continued, but no building, <br /> str~cture or improvement shall be erected, constructed or <br /> established which is designed, arranged or intended for <br /> occupancy or use in any of said D~ tricts restricted by <br /> this Ordinance, or for trades, purposes or callings <br /> trary to the provisions hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 8. The Board of Trustees of the City of <br /> <br />Ana may, upon the verified petition of any property owner <br />filed with the City Clerk stating fully t;e grounds of the <br />application, the use or purpose for which said structure <br />or ~mprovement ~s to be used, an~ all facts relied upon <br />by the petitioner, by Ordinance perm~!t t]~e erection, <br />s]beratfon, re-construction or enlargement of any build'!ng, <br />structore or improvement in any of said districts which is <br />restricted against said bu?]dlng, structure or improvement, <br />upon such terms and cond!tions~ said Board of Trustees <br />may deem proper under the special circumstances so shown' <br />to exist, whenever said Board of Trustees shall be <br />satisfied from a consideration and inv~stigatlon of the <br />ftcts stated in said petition t?at such exception or permit <br />is necessary for the preservation a~:d enJoy~.ent of any <br />substantial property right or rights of the pelt!toner and <br />no~ materially detrimental to the public welfare or <br /> <br /> <br />
