There ~hall be no building permit issued <br />for the erection, construction or establishment of any <br />building, structure or improvement in any of said Dis- <br />tn!ets contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance: and <br />every a~pllcation for a building pe~uit shall state there- <br />in the use, heighth and area of the buildln~ applied for. <br /> <br /> Section ll. It sba-1 be unlawful to use or permit the <br />use of any building or premises or part thereof hereafter <br />created, erected or converted wholly or partly in its use <br />or structure until a certificate of occuFancy to the <br />'effect that the building or premises or the part thereof <br />so created, erected, c~anged or converted and the proposed <br />use thereof conform to the provisions of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />shall have been issued by the building ~nsp-ctor.
