Section 10. There ~hall be no building permit issued for the erection, construction or establishment of any building, structure or improvement in any of said Dis- tn!ets contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance: and every a~pllcation for a building pe~uit shall state there- in the use, heighth and area of the buildln~ applied for.
