SECTION 25 - P~EG~I~TIONS AND SPE C~ ICATIONS: The fflttmb- lng Inspector, in approving plans or ~n accepting w:~rk of any and all persons carrying on, conducting or cmlsing to be constructed any plumbing or house drainage affecting t?e sanitary condition cf any house or building in the c~ty of Santa Ann, shall be governed by the following regulations, and it shall be unlawDalfor any person to fail neglect or refuse to comply w'th all or any one of s~ch regulations. SECTION 26 - SEPA~TELY CONNECTFD: Every house or building in or for which any house drainage or plumbing arrange- ments are constructed shall be separately a~d fpdependent!y connected with aM accepted city sewer, w~en such sewer exists on the street or alley upon which such property abuts; in case there is no sewer on such street~ alley, s~ch house or building may be connected with a cesspool, provided, however, that when any huil~ng or buildings are in the rear of any other building which other building is connected with an accepted city sewer, and s~ch building or buildings so in the rear do not front upon a street upon which there is a~ accepted city sewer, the plumbing work of such building or buildings in the rear may be connected with the plumbing work of the building in front thereof, but only by, and with, the permission of the Plumbing Inspector. SECTION 2V-~WF~ TO OCC~Y: It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy any house or building in the City Of Santa Ann In or for which any house drainage or p]~blng arrangements are or shall be constructed, unless such house dr~In- age or plumbing arrangements are connected wfth an accepted city sewer, or cesspool, in the manner required by and under this ordinance. SECTION 28 - H~LE SEWEkL: Ail house sewers gereafter constructed shall be of cast iron pipe to a distance of three (3) feet from any house, outbuilding, garage or other structure, and from the point three feet from said structure shall be of not less than four (4) inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe to t~e c,mb line. ~e cleanout fitting shall be so placed fm every ho~se sewer as to be accessible from parking s~ce between the street c~rb shd sidewalk, and cleanouts shall be ptaced~ at i~]tervals mot g~,eater than fifty~(50) feet along such sewer. It shall be unlawful to do any act om thing
