"Beginning st a point in the southern line <br /> of said Fourth Street, 88.91 feet Westerly from <br /> the Southwest corner of Fourth ~nd SantaFe <br /> Streets; thence Northerly 80.0 feet to a point <br /> in the Northerm line of said Fourth Street, 89.0 <br /> feet Westerly from the Western line of Santa Fe <br /> Street produced" <br /> <br />all as is more clearly set forth tn and on a map on file <br />with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aaa, which map is, by <br />reference thereto, made a part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION II. The said railroad spur track shall <br />at all times conform ss nearly as practiceble to the offi- <br />cial grade of said street as now established, or as may <br />hereafter be established, and that the grantee of this <br />franchise or its assigns sba]] at all times keep the road <br />bed flush with tbs streets and provided with good and suit- <br />able crossings, and shall be paved with the same material <br />as the adjoining street, and for at least two feet on each <br />side thereof whenever and wherever ordered by the Board <br />of Trustees or other legislative body of said city, so to <br />do, and in the event of a f~ilure to comply with the re- <br />quirements hereof for ten days after notice so to do, then <br />the city shall cause its Superintendent of Streets to pro- <br />ceed to construct the required work in a good and substan- <br />tial manner sad the grantee of this franchise or its as- <br />signs, by acceptance hereof agrees to pay the cost thereof <br />within thirty days after the presentation of a bill for <br />the same, and the gutters upon said streets shall be con- <br />stru6ted upon said streets as to permit the pass,ge of <br />storm water a]on~ and under said track. <br /> <br /> SECTION III. That within thirty days after the <br />passage of tb~s ordinance the grantee or its assigns shall <br />file with the City Clerk a written acceptance of this ordi- <br />nance and all of its terms, conditions and requirements. <br /> <br /> SECTION IV. That no train, engine or ear shall be <br />left standing on said spur track across East Fourth Street, <br />and that the said company shall not obstruct said street by <br />any train, engine or car except when the same are in motion. <br /> <br /> SECTION V. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be <br />published three times in the "Santa Ana Daily Evening Re,is- <br />tar", a newspaper published and circulated in said city. <br /> <br /> Tbs above ordinance was introduced on the 15th <br /> <br />day of October, 1925, and adopted this 24th day of November, <br /> <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Trustees, C.H.
