ORDINANCE NO. 761 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE, DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF BAKER STREET AS AN OPEN WUBLIC MIGNWAY, BY REASON OF ITS PUBLIC USE FOR TRAVEL. The Board ordain as follows: SECTION I. That whereqs citizens of the City of Santa Aha, of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana do affidavits from certain owning property and living on what has been known as Baker Street fnr i period of some thirty or forty years; and whereas, said affidavits show the' Baker Street for a width of fort~ feet has been in the use o the public as a public highway for travel for a period of within forty years last past, the Board of Trustees ordains that Baker Street between Eighth Street a~d Seventeenth Street in the City of Santa Aha, be accepted es dedicated by the user and that the same is hereby accepted ss an open public street for a width of forty feet from Eighth Street to Seven- teenth Street in the City of Ssnta Aha, and it is hereby de- clared that said portion of street be, and is henceforth, and open public highway in the City of Santa Ana. SECTION II. This 0rdinsnce shall be published three (3) times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa ~na, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage. The above and foregoing Ordinance No. VS1 was ragu larly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 8th day of December, ~2~, and passed and adopted by the said Board of Trustees et ~ regulsr meeting thereof held on the 18th day of December, 1~2~, by th~ affirmative vote of the following named members thereof:
