one-half cent per square yard. <br /> <br /> For all plastering over three thousand square yards <br />(3,$$0 sq. yds.), one-quarter cent per square yard. <br /> <br /> A fee of $10.$0 shall be charged for all inspections <br />outside the Jurisdiction of the building department. In addition <br />thereto, mileage at the rate of ten cents for each mile traveled <br />shall be charged." <br /> <br /> Section 5. That Section 2~5, paragraph 2, is hereby <br />amended so as to read as follows: <br /> <br /> .Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, <br />and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not ex- <br />ceeding $3GO.~$ and by imprisonment in the County Jail for a <br />period not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Each and every day of the continuance of any violation of this <br />ordinance shall be deemed to be a separate offense." <br /> <br /> Section 6. That Section 1~4, Paragraph (h) (Moved <br />Buildings) is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That Section 1602, Paragraph (b) <br /> (Limitation of Types of Construction) is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> "Floors over usable spaces, and all walls and parti- <br /> tions shall be not less than one-hour fire-resistive construction, <br /> provided, however, temporary partitions dividing portions of <br /> stores, offices or similar places occupied by one tenant only <br /> may be constructed of wood panels or ~milar light construction <br /> up to a height of not to exceed 7' 0". In no case shall there be <br /> less than 2' from the top of the partition to the ceiling immedi- <br /> ately above such partition. <br /> <br /> ,Exterior walls within 2~t of adjacent property lines <br /> shall be of not lees than 4-hour fire-resistive construction." <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
