Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br /> <br />of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three <br />consecutive issues of the Banta Aha Independent, a newspaper printed, <br />published and circulated in the City cf Santa Ana, and hereby deeignated <br />for that purpose.
