0RDINA~NCE NO. 1307 AN ORDINANCE TO AI~END CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1305 THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section l: That City Ordinance Number 1305 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA,' FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY ASCERTAINED TO CARRY ON THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE' CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS FALLING DUE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR 1950-1951, AND FIXING THE RATE OF TAXATION FOR THE CURRENT YEAR 1950-1951, DESIGNATING THE NUNBER OF CENTS ON EACH $100.00 FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF SAID CITY, ON THE WHOL~ OF THE TAXABLE PROPERTY OF SAID CITY AS SET BY THE COUNTY ASSESSOR OF THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~ND EQUALIZED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SAID COUNTY, AND HEREBY LEVIED ON THE WHOLE OF T~ TAXABLE PROPERTY OF SAID CITY" is hereby amended to comply with Section 35319 of the Government Code by amending Paragraph 9 on Page 3 thereof to read as follows: "That the other bonded indebtedness and interest of the City of Santa Aha, California may be paid for the current year of 1950-1951, said rate so fixed shall be apportioned among special funds as follows, but that said rate shall not apply to any portion of that property in Southeast Santa Ana added to said City by annexation, which said annexation was certified by the Secretary of State on August 22, 1946, nor to any por- tion of that property in Southeast Santa Ane designated as ~that portion of Orange County Waterworks District No. 6 lying and being outside of the City of Santa Ana, CaliforniaW and added to said City by annexation which said annexation was certified by the Secretary of State on December 18, 1958 nor to any portion of that property lying South of East First Street and designated as 'The Prentice Park Territory' added to the City by annexation which said Annexation was certified by the Secretary of State on the llth day of October, 1959."
