<br />coordination, planning and implementation. TKE
<br />is assisting the City Engineer with more than $7
<br />million in Capital Improvements Projects for the
<br />current fiscal year. TKE simultaneously prepared
<br />numerous grant applications, performed plan
<br />checking on CIP, represented the City with other
<br />agencies at various meetings, represented
<br />Engineering with the City's council and other
<br />public meetings, managed engineering budgets
<br />and project schedules, prepared and acquired
<br />right-of-way, managed funding programs,
<br />provided construction management and
<br />inspection services, as well as public relations
<br />and various related work.
