Urban and Regional Planning, Cal Poly Pomona <br />Ms. Lamson assists with Environmental Plan Review as needed. She has thirty years of experience <br />writing and reviewing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental <br />Protection Act (NEPA) clearance documents for all types of development projects as well as advance <br />planning projects. She was responsible for preparing all CEQA and NEPA documents for all city projects, <br />and prepared required Environmental documentation for grant funding of many city programs and <br />projects. This included federally funded as well as state funds. Previously the Assistant Town Manager <br />for the Town of Apple Valley, she has overseen land use planning in the town for 15 years and worked <br />in local government planning for 27 years.
