Amendments to the individual <br />Risk Management Program By l'�aws require the two -turd vote of the Governing <br />Board members representing Membets of that Risk Management Program. <br />ARTICLE 20. SEVERABI LITY. <br />20.1 SheWd any portion, term, condition, or provision of this Agreement be decided by <br />a eotut of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or in conflict with any law of the <br />State of Califom a, or be otherwise rendered unenforceable or ineffectual, the <br />validity of the remaining portions, term, conditions, and provisions shall not be <br />affected thereby. <br />ARTICILF 21. AgREEMENT COMPLETE. <br />21.1 The foregoing constitutes the full and complete Agreement of the parties.
