Fortinet's <br />marketing strategy is geared towards nurturing our relationships with our customers to grow <br />business, lock in brand loyalty, and foster customer advocacy for our solutions. <br />Fortinet has created marketing materials specifically geared toward public sector customers and <br />intends to market the NCPA contract in a multitude of ways to reach our intended audience. Each <br />of these avenues will promote awareness of the NCPA contract and highlight our products and <br />services. <br />Fortinet understands the importance of marketing NCPA contracts to public sector customers and <br />during the life of the contract Fortinet's marketing plan will include the following: <br />=� <br />Website advertisement and social media awareness campaigns. <br />General media exposure in various digital and print publications. <br />Sales team trainings to inform them of the contract and teach them how to promote the <br />II <br />contract to our customers. <br />Customer outreach activities from our sales team, within their respective areas of <br />jA <br />operation or vertical focus, to get our current customers acquainted with the NCPA <br />contract. <br />t: <br />Conference calls and webinars to inform and educate potential new customers on the <br />value proposition of the NCPA contract. <br />Participation in advisory councils, sponsored regional events, and attendance at annual <br />public sector tradeshows to promote NCPA contract awareness. <br />Fortinet will also provide support on marketing efforts executed by our authorized resellers. <br />While each reseller will operate their own marketing program, Fortinet will assist its authorized <br />resellers by providing in depth information on its products and will also outline the value <br />proposition of the NCPA contract. <br />• Describe how you intend to introduce NCPA to your company. <br />Fortinet understands that effective communication to our sales team regarding the awarded NCPA <br />contract is crucial to our success as a NCPA contract holder. Our SLED Contracts Team will take <br />the lead on introducing the NCPA contract to Fortinet Sales Account Managers responsible for <br />sales to the SLED market. This team will also introduce the contract to Channel Managers <br />responsible for recruiting and supporting resellers who serve this market. <br />
