• Column 9 — Is the training identified in the multi -year IPP? <br />Exercise Data Table <br />To facilitate consistent data reporting and performance measure collection, an Exercise Data Table should <br />be completed for any exercises that meet EMPG Program requirements and/or exercises conducted in whole <br />or part with EMPG Program funds. The Exercise Data should include EMPG Program -funded exercises and <br />costs to run the exercise (e.g., planning, materials, props, contractual services for conducting the exercise, <br />AAR and IP, etc.). Any exercise planned or conducted during the grant period of performance should be <br />reported on the Exercise Data Table. Applicants/recipients are not required to report EMPG Program - <br />funded personnel costs associated with exercises. Data from the Exercise Data Table should also be <br />completed and submitted to FEMA as a component of quarterly reporting on grant activities. The data <br />requirements are defined in the section below.
