Notice by mail shall be effective three days after mailing by the <br />above -described procedure. <br />2. SCOPE OF SERVICES OF VENDOR <br />VENDOR agrees to, at its own cost and expense except for the compensation <br />specified in this Agreement, provide, deliver and install office and ancillary furniture as <br />specified in the Bid Proposals and Documents Nos. DSC 7-2-99S and DSC 7-2-99A, <br />attached hereto as "Exhibits A and B" and incorporated herein by reference, subject to <br />modifications as may be set forth in the text of this Agreement, hereinafter collectively <br />referred to as "Proposals". <br />3. STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE <br />In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, VENDOR represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in the field specified in Recital A of this Agreement, and that any <br />services performed by VENDOR under this Agreement will be performed in compliance <br />with such standards as may reasonably be expected from a professional firm in that <br />field. <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
