under the Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for withholding State and Federal <br />Income Taxes and F.I.C.A. taxes and shall provide Workers Compensation for its <br />personnel. The Contractor shall also comply with all other laws relating to employees, <br />such as wage and hour laws, safety and health requirements, and collective bargaining <br />laws. <br />6. Insurance <br />After award of this Agreement, but prior to beginning work pursuant hereto, <br />Contractor shall provide to City proof that it holds certificates or policies of insurance <br />covering worker's compensation, automobile, and general liability with minimal <br />coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. <br />Said insurance policy or certificate is subject to approval of the City Attorney of <br />City, and shall contain an additional insured endorsement naming the City of Santa <br />Ana, its officers, agents and employees, as additional insured(s). Said policy or <br />certificate shall also contain a provision that no termination of insured, reduction in <br />coverage or change of insured/additional insured shall be effective unless thirty (30) <br />days written notice thereof has been given to City. <br />7.
