(a) At or from any premises, site or (2)Any loss, cost or expense arising out of
<br /> location which is or was at any time any:
<br /> owned or occupied by,or rented or (a) Request, demand, order or statutory
<br /> loaned to, any insured; or regulatory requirement that any
<br /> (b) At or from any premises, site or insured or others test for, monitor,
<br /> location which is or was at any time clean up, remove, contain, treat,
<br /> used by or for any insured or others detoxify or neutralize, or in any way
<br /> for the handling, storage, disposal, respond to, or assess the effects of,
<br /> processing or treatment of waste; "pollutants"; or
<br /> (c) Which are or were at any time (b) Claim or suit by or on behalf of a
<br /> transported, handled, stored, treated, governmental authority for damages
<br /> disposed of, or processed as waste by because of testing for, monitoring,
<br /> or for: cleaning up, removing, containing,
<br /> (i)Any insured; or treating, detoxifying or neutralizing, or
<br /> in any way responding to, or
<br /> (ii)Any person or organization for whom you may be legally assessing the effects of, "pollutants".
<br /> responsible; However,this paragraph does not apply to

<br /> (d) At or from any premises, site or
<br /> property damage that the insured would
<br /> location on which any insured or any have in the absence of such request,
<br /> contractors or subcontractors working demand, order or statutory or regulatory

<br /> behalf are performing operations; or on behalf of a governmental authority.

<br /> completed operations hazard". "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising
