III. INSURANCE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS <br />To the extent that the project is by any contractor retained <br />by the PARK RENOVATION COMMITTEE, the contract shall require the <br />contractor to submit to the CITY, prior to start of construction, <br />a City business license, a contractors State license, City <br />permits, workers' compensation insurance and liability insurance <br />in accordance with CITY standards. <br />To extent that the project is implemented through volunteer <br />labor, all volunteers shall, prior to performing any work on the <br />project, sign a release form supplied by the city, in the form <br />set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />IV. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />This agreement may be terminated by either party upon sixty <br />(60) days written notice to the other party. <br />V. ASSIGNABILITY OF AGREEMENT <br />The PARK RENOVATION COMMITTEE shall not assign or transfer <br />any interest in this Agreement, whether by assignment or <br />novation, without the prior written consent of CITY. <br />VI. EXCLUSIVITY OF AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement contains all the covenants and agreements <br />between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, <br />written or oral. <br />3 <br />
