Contractor shall <br />2 also comply with the provisions of the California Occupational Safety and Health Act as <br />3 <br />amended. <br />4 <br />X -- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br />5 <br />6 Contractor shall comply with the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) Public Law <br />7 97-300, as amended; Title 20 Code of Federal Regulations Part 626 et al, JTPA Rules and <br />g R�guiations; tie TamiTy coriomxc ecurlly "Ac# �FESA) AB 34� ; as"__dmerideda _" Greater <br />9 Avenues for Independence (GAIN) AB 2580, as amended; the Americans with Disabilities Act <br />10 (ADA) of 1990; the California Public Records Act; Applicable Drug Free Workplace <br />11 <br />Requirements, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars and applicable compliance <br />12 <br />supplements; :all other Federal, State and local Iaws, rules and regulations; policies and operating <br />13 <br />14 requirements of the •SBSDA; applicable sections of the- SBSDA Operations Manual; as well as <br />15 applicable provisions •and'standards promulgated by the Department of1abor, including but not <br />16 limited to the following: <br />17 I Selection of participants and staff; <br />18 <br />2. Use of State and/or Federal funds; <br />19 <br />3: 20 Requirements for record keeping and reporting; and, <br />21 4. Provisions regarding the compensation and working conditions of participants and <br />22 non-discrimination requirements. <br />23 If regulations are amended or revised, Contractor shall comply with the revisions or shall notify <br />24 City within 30 days after promulgation of amendments or revisions that it cannot so conform. <br />25 <br />XI — NONEXPENDABLE PROPERTY <br />26 <br />27 The City reserves the right to determine the final disposition of said nonexpendable <br />28 property.
