Access <br />Contractor shall give the Comptroller General of the United States, and any <br />authorized representative of the City or any, appropriate :federal or state agency complete .:access <br />to examine any and all records, books, participant files, papers, reports, audits.. And other <br />documents and physical evidence. related to. the program, as often as deemed necessary.b '.any,of <br />the authorized representative named by Executive Director. <br />B. Retention <br />The contractor shall make any and all JTPA-related records, reports, participant <br />files, and other documentation any physical evidence, in addition to documents required by this <br />Agreements, as may reasonably be requested by the City, available for inspection and audit by <br />any federal, state, or City agency, upon request, for three (3) years from the termination date of <br />this Agreement. In the event the litigation, unresolved audits and/or unresolved claims, the <br />Contractor agrees to retain all such records, reports, participant files, and other documentation I <br />and physical evidence beyond the three-year period, until all such litigation, audits, and claims I <br />have been resolved. <br />15 <br />
