2. Develo meat of and Referral to On -The -.Job Training OJT <br />When indicated in participant's ISS that the displaced worker would <br />benefit from an OJT with private sector employer who would ensure that <br />the participant acquires the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to <br />perform satisfactorily in a position for which the participant is trained, <br />Contractor shall identify and develop appropriate OJT retraining <br />opportunities in accordance with SBPIC/PAN procedures and refer <br />participant to the on-the-job training with a private for profit <br />employer/contractor. Retraining costs shall be reimbursed by the <br />appropriate SBPIC/PAN City in accordance with the OJT agreement and <br />Retraining Voucher. <br />Contractor will maintain individual participant folders containing, but not limited <br />to the following: <br />1. Completed application and Eligibility Documentation. <br />2. 45 day update authorization <br />3. Individual Service Strategy <br />4. Referral information <br />5. MIS enrollment/completion/placement and follow-up information <br />6. Signed training agreement <br />7. Counseling/Case Management records <br />8. Documentation of all program activities and other services provided by <br />contractor <br />E. RAPID RESPONSE <br />No Funds Identified Under This Contract <br />-- K1 • PARTICIPANT UNALLOWABLE ACTIVITIES AND COSTS <br />Contractor will comply with the following guidelines per JTPA Directive 97-5, or <br />compensation maybe disallowed; <br />1. Public Service Employment <br />No hinds will be used _under this contract. for public service -employment, <br />subsidized employment with public and non-profit employers providing public <br />services. <br />2. Sectarian Activities <br />The employment or training of participants in sectarian activities is prohibited. <br />3. Political Activities <br />No financial assistance may be provided for any program which involves political <br />activities. <br />4. Maintenance of Effort <br />35 <br />
