Related Bristol Specific Plan Project <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Standard Condition/ Plan, Program, Policy / Mitigation Measure/ <br />Condition of Approval <br />Timing <br />Responsible for <br />Ensuring Compliance / <br />Verification <br />Date Completed and <br />Initials <br />analysis shall be conducted by a qualified and experienced acoustical <br />consultant or engineer and shall follow the latest CEQA guidelines, practices, <br />and precedents. <br />Mitigation Measure NOW: Prior to the issuance of construction/grading <br />Prior to issuance of <br />City of Santa Ana Building <br />permits, the Project Applicant shall obtain a permit from the City's Building <br />grading and/or <br />Safety Division <br />Safety Division to complete work outside the standard construction hours <br />construction permits <br />outlined in Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 18-314(e). In addition, the <br />Project Applicant and/or contractor(s) shall develop a nighttime construction <br />noise control plan that requires the following: <br />Stationary equipment such as generators and air compressors shall adhere to <br />the following: <br />• Stationary equipment (e.g., generators, air compressors, etc.) shall be <br />located 300 feet or more away from residences. <br />• Stationary equipment shall be surrounded with noise barriers to <br />achieve a minimum 10 dBA reduction. Alternatively, a temporary noise <br />barrier may be used along the property line. <br />Mobile equipment such as concrete mixer trucks, pump trucks shall adhere to <br />the following: <br />• The nighttime noise control plan shall prohibit mobile equipment and <br />trucks from operating within the following distances to offsite sensitive <br />receptors: <br />■ Phase 1: Trucks and equipment shall be 140 feet or more away <br />from the Versailles residences along Plaza Drive. <br />■ Phase 2: No minimum distance required (Phase 2 is 410 feet from <br />sensitive receptors and would not exceed thresholds). <br />■ Phase 3: Trucks and equipment shall be 150 feet or more away <br />from the Versailles residences along Plaza Drive. <br />City of Santa Ana 24 <br />Final Supplemental EIR <br />August 2024 <br />
