Related Bristol Specific Plan Project <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />Responsible for <br />Standard Condition/ Plan, Program, Policy / Mitigation Measure/ <br />Ensuring Compliance / <br />Date Completed and <br />Condition of Approval <br />Timing <br />Verification <br />Initials <br />• The nighttime noise control plan shall prohibit mobile equipment and <br />trucks from operating within the following distances to onsite sensitive <br />receptors: <br />■ Phase 1: No minimum distance is required because no onsite <br />receptors would be constructed prior to Phase 1. <br />■ Phase 2: Trucks and equipment shall be 150 feet or more away <br />from Phase 1 onsite residences. <br />■ Phase 3: Trucks and equipment shall be 170 feet or more away <br />from Phase 1 and Phase 2 onsite residences. <br />Condition of Approval N-1: Onsite Traffic Noise. This complies with the <br />applicable sections of the California Building Code (Title 24 of the California <br />Code of Regulations). The necessary noise reductions may be achieved by <br />implementing noise control measures at the receiver locations.
