SavJC?NLive at Work loft project in the <br />City of Santa. Ana. The proposed project is located at the rmrthwest comer of Main <br />Street and First Street in the City of Santa Ana. The project would consist of a Sav-On <br />drug stare of appro)dmately 14,670 square feet and four (4) Live at Work loft residential <br />units, <br />A traffic study is required by the City of Santa Ana to asses the following mnditions: <br />• Scenario 'I — Existing conditions <br />+ Scenario 2 — Existing conditions plus the project <br />Scenario 3 — Existing conditions plus the project, mitigated if needed <br />* Scenado 4 -- Future project bulldout and ultimate; conditions includirig <br />cumulative projects <br />Scenario 5 — Scenario 4 plus the project traffic" <br />• Scenario S — Scenario 5 mitigated if needed <br />The study area intersections will include the following: <br />1 First Street at Bush Street <br />2. First Street at Main Street <br />. First Street at Sycamore <br />4. First Street at Broadway <br />5. Main Street at "third Street <br />Cumulative projects will be provided by the Santa Ana. planning land building agency. <br />The future analysis shall consider an assessment of traffic redistribution resulting from <br />conversion of Sewnd Street to eastbound only.
