Obtain AM/PM peak hour counts at up to five (5) study area intersections and
determine existing levels of service.
4. Determine the projects trip generation. trip distribution and traffic assignment to the
adjoining roadway system.
The study shall include a trip generation forecast comparison for the following two
land use scenarios:
■ Land use as currently zoned
« The entire parcel occupied with residential land uses only
« The exact land uses utilized will be provided by the City of Santa Ana
Planning and Building Agency
5.
