Optical Access
The TereScopeT" systems provide
direct, fiber speed service to solve the
data flow bottleneck often found in
the last -mile. Created from the same
technological building blocks existing
in today's core networks, Optical
Access' solutions are reliable, cost-
effective and easy to deploy.
The TereScope 1000 is ideal for trans-
mitting data across a city street. With a
maximum range of 400 meters (under
clear weather conditions) and data
rates of up to 155 Mbps, the TereScope
1000 offers compact design, easy instal-
lation and cost-effective performance.
The TereScope 1000X has the same
compact design and maximum data
rate of 155 Mbps as the TereScope
1000, but is capable of transmitting up
to 1 km (.62 mile).
The TereScope 1000 and 1000X systems
employ a unique video alignment sys-
tem, ensuring fast and precise installa-
tion. Optical Access' SNMP AccessTM
can be added to the TereScope 1000
and 1000X units to allow for easy mon-
itoring and management. The
TereScope 1000 and 1000X, like all
Optical Access products can be fully
managed by MegaVisionTM, Optical
Access' SNMP software.
AM)
9=C—^-ru R E s
Q Accommodates 10 to 155 Mbps
networks, for protocols such as
Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, FDDI and
ATM
Q Distances up to 1 km
® Fast deployment
Q Protocol independent
* License -free operation
B Video alignment
4 Remote management options
Q Secure transmission
8 Upgradable
Q portable
® Last -mile connr:ctivity
® Mesh network environments
Q LANIMAN environments
® Temporary or permanent
installation
Q Live video transmission
Q Rapid deployment
Q Disaster recovery
o Fiber back up
optical .com
