SECTION :* STATEMENT OF WORK <br />2.3.3.2 VRM600 <br />2.3.3.2.1 Option I - Installation and Configuration <br />Motorola will provide installation and configuration of all VRM600's. Installation <br />consists of: <br />1) Installation of VRM in vehicle trunk <br />2) Installation of roof top antenna <br />3) Routing of power cable and DTE cable <br />4) Configuration and Programming of VRM <br />Installations will be performed at SAPD. Approximately eight vehicles will be <br />installed per day. Installation is based on constant availability of vehicles. Standby <br />time caused by lack of vehicles will result in addition charges to SAPD. <br />No removals or relocation of existing equipment is included in Motorola's installation <br />services. <br />2.3.3.2.2 Option If - Installation Training <br />Motorola will provide SAPD personnel with installation training per the training <br />outline. SAPD will be responsible for the cold installation of the VRMs and <br />associated cabling, etc. <br />Under this option Motorola will program and configure each VRM once installation is <br />completed by SAPD. <br />2.3.4 Training <br />Motorola will provide the following training to, SAPD personnel: <br />2.3.4.1 VRM Installation (OPTIONAL) <br />Training will be given to the service shop technical personnel to provide them with the <br />ability to properly perform cold installations of VRM600's and associated equipment. <br />Class size should be limited to four people. <br />Course Duration: 1/2 day <br />(NMOTORUL-A Confidential and Proprietary 2 3 <br />
