SEC � . iN 4 •'.+ SYSTEM SUPPORT <br />❖ Each unit will be repaired, completely tested, and returned normally within two <br />working days of receipt of the unit at SSC. An invoice will be issued after <br />shipment of the repaired unit for non -;maintenance items which are performed <br />on a flat rate basis. <br />4.2.1.3 Terms and Conditions <br />Prices include parts, labor and return shipping charges for failures that occur as <br />a result of normal operation <br />•'r Repaired units will be returned to the customer via Federal Express, Standard, <br />or DHL. Other methods of shipment may be requested at the customer's <br />expense <br />❖ Average turnaround time is 2 days or less after receipt of equipment (excluding <br />outsourced equipment) at SSC <br />❖ If repairable, physical damage, lightning damage, and other acts of nature will <br />be repaired at our prevailing Time and Material rates <br />❖ All units must be in working order at the start of an SSC service agreement. <br />Not applicable to warranty <br />❖ Prices are subject to change without notice <br />•:• Serial numbers of covered equipment are required on all new contracts <br />•. Unless requested otherwise, SSC reserves the right to replace the customer's <br />equipment with new or reconditioned assemblies <br />All customer - owned spare boards are covered at no additional charge on a <br />SSC service agreement <br />Firmware/software upgrades are not included in SSC service agreements <br />Prices do not included non -repairable items such as cables, connectors, <br />batteries, duplexors, circulators, microphones, footswitches, etc. Not <br />applicable to warranty <br />Defective or phosphor -burned cathode ray tubes (CRTs) are not covered under <br />SSC service agreements.
