V. CONTENT OF PROPOSAL <br />In order to maintain uniformity with all proposals furnished by Consultants, it is hereby requested the <br />proposals be limited to a maximum of 20 pages (excluding front and back covers, section dividers and <br />resumes) and includes the following: <br />A. A proposal understanding statement containing any suggestions or special concerns that the <br />City should be made aware of, and a project approach containing any additional scope of work <br />tasks you feel are necessary for the successful completion of the appraisal project. <br />B. A project team organization chart identifying those who will perform work and a brief resume <br />of the key personnel, including similar type work in which they have been directly involved. <br />Identify the Project Manager/Principal Agent (PM/PA) proposed for the work. The PM/PA will be <br />the primary contact person to represent your firm and will be the person to conduct the <br />presentation, if invited for an interview. The Consultant shall list the time availability of the <br />PM/PA and the key personnel on a percentage basis to provide the services requested. As part of <br />the Response to the RFP, Consultant shall provide a list of projects and the corresponding <br />timeline for each project detailing the time commitments Consultant has for the next six <br />months. Subconsultants, if any, shall be identified with the same requirements as for the prime <br />Consultant. <br />C. A list of similar projects, which your firm completed within the last 5 years. Project <br />information should include project description, agency or client name along with the person to <br />contact and the telephone number(s), year completed and associated fees. <br />D. Proposal submittal and signature, Three (3) copies of your proposal shall be signed by a <br />company official with the power to bind the company in its proposal. All proposals must be <br />completely responsive to the RFP. <br />VI. CONSULTANT SELECTION <br />The response to this Request for Proposal shall contain documentation of Consultant's and/or <br />Consultant's agency's credentials and expertise in this field. Substantial consideration will be given to <br />Consultants with demonstrable and documented experience in similar work. Responses will be <br />evaluated on the basis of the qualifications, abilities, and responsiveness of the proposing firm. <br />The City of Santa Ana has established a Consultant Selection Committee to evaluate Consultants' <br />proposals. The evaluation of each proposal will be based on technical criteria and qualifications listed <br />within the RFP, reference checks, and other information which will be gathered independently. A final <br />listing of the most qualified Consultants will then be established for possible interview. <br />W, <br />
