XVI. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE <br />A. The City's tentative schedule for this project is as follows: <br />1. City Release RFP August 5, 2002 <br />2. Proposal Due August 22, 2002 <br />3. Estimated Contract Award September 16, 2002 <br />XVII. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE <br />Proposals are due in the office of the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency at 20 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2002. <br />XVIILISSUING OFFICE <br />Santa Ana Public Works Agency, office of the Executive Director, telephone (714) 647-5071. <br />XIX. ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in RFP from the date of issuance to date of submittal will result in an <br />addendum by the issuing office. <br />XX. PRIME CONSULTANT RESPONSIBLITIES <br />The selected Consultant will be required to assume responsibilities for all services in his proposal. <br />The selected Consultant will be the sole point of contact with regard to contractual matters, including <br />payment of any and all charges resulting from the Agreement. <br />XXI. DELAYS <br />The City reserves the right to delay schedule dates if it is to the advantage of the City of Santa Ana. <br />XXII. PROJECT CONTROL <br />Control of the project shall remain the total responsibility of the City of Santa Ana, <br />XXIII.RULES FOR PROPOSALS <br />The signer of the proposal must declare in writing that the only person, persons, company or parties <br />interested in the proposal as principals are named therein; that the proposal is made without collusion <br />with any other person, persons, company or parties submitting a proposal; that it is in all respects fair <br />and in good faith without collusion or fraud; and, that the signer of the proposal has full authority to <br />bind the principal proposer. <br />8 <br />
