XII. WORK TO BE PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE CITY <br />1. Prepare Roadway Plans (if necessary) <br />2. Prepare Right of Way Plans (if necessary) <br />3. Prepare and execute agreements with other agencies or entities <br />4. Acquire necessary real estate <br />5. Administer Relocation Assistance program <br />b. Business Goodwill Appraisals and Fixtures and Equipment Appraisals <br />XIII. INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY THE CITY <br />Structure <br />a. As -Built Plans (if available) <br />b. Inspection Reports (if available) <br />2. Site data (if available) <br />3. Geological data (if available) <br />4. Environmental data (if available) <br />XIV. PROJECT PROGRESS <br />Progress Review Meetings shall be held at intervals deemed appropriate by the City. <br />At or before each of these meetings, the Consultant shall furnish two (2) copies of all <br />completed or partially completed, reports, analysis, estimates, and schedule which <br />have been developed or altered since the last Progress Review Meeting. <br />2. Progress Reports shall be submitted at monthly intervals, indicating progress achieved <br />during the reporting period in relation to the progress scheduled. The Consultant shall <br />provide the City with two (2) copies of the Progress Report at least four (4) working <br />days before the Monthly Progress Meeting. <br />XV. RIGHT TO REJECT PROPOSALS <br />City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and no representation is <br />made hereby that any contract will be awarded pursuant to this RFP or otherwise. <br />2. All costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal, the submission of additional <br />information and/or any aspect of a proposal prior to award of a written contract will be <br />borne by the respondent. The City will provide only the staff assistance and <br />documentation specifically referred to herein and will not be responsible for any cost <br />or obligation of any kind, which may be incurred by the respondent. All proposals <br />submitted to City shall become property of the City. <br />
