JACK TOMASIK - STRATEGIES FACILITATION <br />Jack is the founder of Economics Strategies Group (ESG). ESG provides <br />specialized services to state and local governments in the following six <br />areas: <br />■ Economic & Community Development Strategies <br />■ Economic Development Implementation <br />■ Growth Management & Financial Strategies <br />■ Economic & Fiscal Impact Assessment <br />■ Market Studies, Economic Research & Modeling <br />■ Public Sector Asset Management <br />Jack will assist in strategic planning and building consensus through <br />stakeholder facilitation. Jack is an economist with fifteen years' experience <br />in state and local government problem -solving. His specialty is <br />regional/urban economics and strategic planning. An experienced <br />economic planner, he has developed more than 20 economic development <br />strategies for areas in the West, including 15 California communities. Jack <br />has a Master's in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University <br />and, since 1979, has been a consulting economist in the West with Mountain <br />West Research and Coopers & Lybrand. <br />FERRY SHARP - GRIP SERVICE <br />Jerry is responsible for creation and implementation of the detailed <br />workplan for the GRIP service, including the scheduling, coordinating and <br />monitoring of the other analysts' activities. Prior to joining MRC, he had 10 <br />years' experience with a Fortune 200 company where he was responsible for <br />the design and integration of multi-user computer systems for GIS <br />applications.
