JOHN TENFELDER - GRIP SERVICE <br />John is responsible for development of the economic, tax and financial <br />analyses for MRC's business license and GRIP Services. Prior to joining <br />MRC, John was a Senior Consultant and Vice President with an <br />international consulting firm where he specialized in economic, tax and <br />financial issues in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions. <br />John has served as an expert witness in major tax cases, is a registered <br />professional engineer, and Chartered Financial Analyst. He received two <br />engineering degrees from the University of Missouri and an MBA from <br />UCLA. <br />HUNTER AUSTIN - SALESIUSE TAX <br />Hunter manages MRC's operations for the ongoing detection, <br />documentation and correction of sales/use tax misallocations for 120 <br />California cities. Hunter has a working knowledge of sales/use tax law, <br />State Board of Equalization administrative procedures and taxpreparer <br />reporting procedures. Prior to joining MRC, Hunter had 13 years' <br />experience as a commercial -industrial leasing broker and public relations <br />agent. <br />GARY JONES - PROPERTY TAX <br />Gary has overall responsibility for MRC's property tax consulting practice. <br />Gary has been analyzing property tax assessments and tax allocations for <br />public agencies throughout California for more than 20 years. Prior to his <br />association with MRC, he was a Principal with the firm of Katz Hollis, in <br />charge of fiscal and administrative management consulting services to <br />redevelopment and other public agencies throughout California and other <br />western states. Gary received his BA Degree from California State <br />University Fresno and completed graduate courses at University of <br />California Los Angeles. <br />C <br />
