Here is a depiction of our <br />seamless workflow: <br />Interpreting Process <br />IV <br />IV <br />equest Confirm Interpreting Feedback Report <br />Interpreter <br />Gathering information about the request: The process is initiated by collecting all necessary <br />details for the assignment. The Project Manager takes note of the interpreting requirements, <br />including: <br />• Nature of the meeting and subject matter <br />• Setting and format of the meeting/appointment <br />• Special cultural or gender requirements <br />• Dates and schedule <br />• Language or dialect combination (from and into) <br />• Availability of documents and texts to support interpreters <br />• Type of service: face to face, telephonic, video <br />• Mode of interpreting: simultaneous or consecutive <br />Confirming the interpreter: <br />• The PM acknowledges receipt of information promptly and confirms details with the <br />client/requestor. <br />• The Accent PM identifies and assigns a qualified interpreter or team of interpreters <br />tailored to the specific job requirements. <br />• Once all the interpreters have been assigned, the PM sends a confirmation to the City's <br />point of contact, detailing all the agreed requirements. For on -site interpreting, special <br />attention is placed on noting issues in advance regarding accessibility and <br />transportation, such as entrance access and location, security or health checkpoints, <br />traffic, public transportation options, or parking availability. <br />Accent on Languages Response 24-022A 6 <br />Volume I - SOQ <br />
