Our government <br />agency clients frequently request our services in <br />Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, <br />Russian, Tagalog, Armenian, and Arabic, which we <br />fulfill with the following capabilities: <br />✓ Reliable & efficient project management team <br />✓ Large network of linguists (interpreters & <br />translators) in over 150 languages <br />✓ Large inventory of state-of-the-art technology <br />(interpreting equipment) for rental <br />Interpretation: Requests for community meetings are <br />managed by our scheduling team who ensure the <br />necessary interpreter is selected for the requested <br />language, audience, subject matter, and location. Our <br />team also arranges any necessary equipment rentals <br />and technician services for simultaneous <br />interpretation at meetings. Interpreting equipment <br />includes portable transmitters, headsets, and <br />interpreter booths. Our scheduling team is <br />experienced in managing orders for City Council <br />meetings, community meetings, and more. <br />Interpreters in designated and non -designated <br />languages undergo an onboarding process with our <br />Vendor Manager that involves reviewing certificates, <br />experience, and qualifications. These are verified, <br />documented, and managed in our secure system, <br />ensuring we meet industry and client standards. <br />Document Translation: Requests are managed in our <br />secure Translation Management System by our in- <br />house project managers. Our project managers <br />evaluate the word count of documents submitted, <br />subject matter, and registrar, then assign it to the <br />proper translator.
