Madam Chair Kings <br />Asked when ETAC was scheduled to meet. Mr <br />Commissioner Chinn <br />• Requested update on Award Program. Mr. E <br />approved by Council and that nominations fora <br />given next year. <br />• Requested update on the Phillips Block Ad Hoc <br />should be on the August agenda. <br />• Thanked staff for getting the William Spurgeon r <br />will forward the dates. <br />(wards advised that it had been <br />s are available for awards to be <br />ittee. He was advised that it <br />rker cleaned. <br />Commissioner Corpin <br />Requested clarification of the dates for the T mplate Review Committee. Mr. <br />Edwards advised that the next meeting was sch duled for June 14, 2002 and that <br />there would not be a meeting in July. j <br />Commissioner Giles <br />• Requested that staff review the structure at 12�5 N. French for inclusion on the <br />Historic Register. <br />• Requested an update on having the Historic Register available online. Mr. <br />Edwards advised that it would require at least nother month to explore ways to <br />make it more interactive. <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan <br />• Noted that he was pleased that the Urban Design Studio would be providing <br />consultant services. <br />• Noted that the Floral Park neighborhood had benefited from a traffic plan. <br />Commissioner Richardson <br />Noted that the Public Works Agency was paintirhg the replacement historic street <br />lights. <br />• Noted the importance of a review to determine what the Commission should <br />review. <br />Madam Chair Kings <br />• Provided a brief report on the workshop that was held in Sonoma and encourage <br />the Commissioners to attend next year. <br />Noted that she had met with Ms. Nelson, Mr. Reekstin, and Mr. Lamb regarding the <br />Downtown and requested to be advised of projects in the area. <br />• Asked staff to investigate grant funds available from the State for Certified Local <br />Governments. <br />14. Excuse of Absences <br />Motion by Commissioner Sustamante and seconded by Commissioner Giles to excuse <br />the absence of Commissioner's Gartner and Schaef r, and approved unanimously by <br />a vote of 7:0. <br />i <br />15.
