My concerns are as follows: <br />L8.1 <br />1)Security for patrons in the underground parking <br />2) Student pedestrian safety, commuter traffic safety due to construction equipment along I L8.2 <br />streets <br />3) Solid and airborne debris from trucks <br />I L8.3 <br />4) Handicapped accessibility for stores and restaurants during and after construction <br />I L8.4 <br />5) Increased traffic on Sunflower from hotel and apartments/condos <br />I L8.5 <br />6) Physical impact on residential dwellings from heavy laden tricks travelling the city streets <br />L8 6 <br />(e.g., broken or cracked windows) <br />7) School transportation for elementary school children residing in present and future <br />I L8.7 <br />apartments/condos <br />8) Loss of the neighborhood store (Vons) for a higher end store (i.e., Gelsons, Sprouts) <br />I L8.8 <br />9) Beatification for the area (e.g., underground utilities, drought resistant landscape) <br />I L8.9 <br />10) Community center on site <br />I L8.10 <br />Respectfully, <br />Susan Grasse <br />Thornton Park NA <br />13 <br />
