Project Overview <br /> Encompass Housing will collaborate with the City of Santa Ana to address housing stability <br /> and landlord engagement for individuals transitioning from the Santa Ana shelter. This <br /> initiative aims to secure housing for six households, engage new landlords, and offer <br /> continuous support to ensure successful tenancy. <br /> 2. Key Deliverables <br /> 1. Successful Housing of Six Households: <br /> • Target: House a minimum of six households from the Santa Ana shelter. <br /> • Actions: <br /> • Identify and assess suitable housing options. <br /> • Facilitate application processes and coordinate with landlords. <br /> • Ensure housing is secured and households are moved in by January <br /> 31, 2025. <br /> 2. Engagement of New Landlords: <br /> • Target: Engage at least three new landlords. <br /> • Actions: <br /> • Develop and implement a strategy to identify and approach potential <br /> landlords. <br /> • Provide information sessions or one-on-one meetings with landlords. <br /> • Address landlord concerns and offer incentives where applicable. <br /> 3.
