Timeline and Milestones <br /> • September 23,2024: Project kickoff; initial meetings with City of Santa Ana and <br /> shelter representative. <br /> • September 23,2024: Begin outreach to potential landlords and assess housing <br /> options. <br /> • November 15,2024: Secure housing for at least three households. <br /> • January 15, 2024: Secure housing for the remaining three households. <br /> • January 31, 2025: Complete housing for all six households;final review and report. <br /> • Ongoing: Provide retention services and support for all housed households. <br /> 4. Reporting and Evaluation <br /> • • Progress Reports: Submit feedback on housing progress, landlord engagement, <br /> and retention efforts on an ongoing basis. <br /> • Final Report: Deliver a comprehensive report by January 15, 2025, summarizing <br /> achievements, challenges, and recommendations. <br /> 5. Success Metrics <br /> • Housing Success Rate: Percentage of households successfully housed out of the <br /> target of six. <br /> • Landlord Engagement: Number of new landlords engaged and agreements <br /> secured. <br /> • Retention Success: Rate of household retention and satisfaction with support <br /> services. <br /> Encompass Housing will strive to meet these deliverables and provide exceptional service <br /> to both the City of Santa Ana and the individuals transitioning from the shelter. <br />
