He or she must be the defendant. The Service provides advice and <br /> document review for matters where the Covered Persons are the plaintiff. <br /> Collection Letters <br /> This service covers advice, consultation, review of documents and preparation of letters on behalf of the covered <br /> person to collect on amounts payable to them for personal collection matters. <br /> Consumer Bankruptcy <br /> This service covers advice, consultation, preparation and filing, review of documents and representation for the <br /> covered person as a debtor in a consumer bankruptcy.This service is not available if a creditor is affiliated with <br /> the sponsor or employer, even if the employee or spouse chooses to reaffirm that specific debt. <br /> Consumer Credit Services <br /> This service covers advice, consultation, review of the covered person's credit report for possible errors, and file <br /> credit disputes with the credit bureaus for the covered person to help remove derogatory information negatively <br /> impacting credit. <br /> Consumer Protection <br /> This service covers advice, consultation, preparation and review of documents and representation of the covered <br /> person in court in disputes over consumer goods and services where the amount being contested exceeds <br /> the small claims court limit in that jurisdiction and is documented in writing. This service does not include <br /> representation for construction, real estate, insurance matters or collection activities after a judgment. <br /> Garnishment <br /> This service covers advice, consultation, preparation and review of documents and representation for the <br /> covered persons for their wage or earnings garnishment.
