Agreement Statement <br />Accent on Languages concurs with all provisions as contained in Exhibit II —Sample Agreement <br />of this RFP and does not have any exceptions nor concerns. <br />d. Firm and Team Experience <br />Descriotion of the Firm, Address and Account Manager <br />Accent has a rich history of successfully managing a diverse array of translation and <br />interpretation projects, ranging from small-scale assignments to highly specialized endeavors. <br />Ms. Caroline Lee will be the designated Account Manager under this contract and will oversee <br />quality control and ethics. In addition to the Account Manager, our dedicated team of Project <br />Managers (PMs) will be assigned to serve the City. Orders for services can be placed by <br />telephone, email, or fax. Accent's headquarters office is located at 2718 Telegraph Avenue, Suite <br />104, Berkeley CA 94705. <br />The leadership team at Accent has a multicultural composition with a profound respect for the <br />nuanced meanings within various cultures and their respective heritages.
