In Re Variance Santana Company On motion of Councilman Ds/~l, seconded by Jerome and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and variance granted to Santana Company for a reduction in the front set-b~ck to 25 feet on seventy-eight lots in Tract Nos. 1598 and 1899 between In Re Variance Robert E.
