CITY COUNCIL 19 OCTOBER 1, 2024 <br /> <br />2. Approve an amendment to the FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program to <br />include $132,134 in construction funding from the Transportation System <br />Improvement Area E account for the Traffic Signal Installation at Segerstrom <br />Avenue and Spruce Street Project (No. 24-6045). <br /> <br />3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost <br />of $803,348, which includes $642,628 for the construction contract; $96,395 for <br />contract administration, inspection, and testing; and a $64,325 project <br />contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work. <br /> <br />4. Award a construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with the base bid and bid alternates in the <br />amount of $642,628, subject to change orders, for construction of the Traffic <br />Signal Installation at Segerstrom Avenue and Spruce Street Project (No. 24- <br />6045), for a term beginning October 1, 2024 and ending upon project <br />completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. <br /> <br />5. Determine that, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended actions are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. ER-2024-64 was filled for Project No. 24-6045. <br /> <br />23. Property Preservation Agreements for the Properties Located at 2620 N <br />Flower Street, 2369 N Flower Street, 424 S Broadway, and 825 N Lacy Street <br /> <br /> Department(s): Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br /> Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Mills <br />Act agreements with the below-referenced property owners for the identified <br />structure(s) (Agreement Nos. A-2024-161, A-2024-162, A-2024-163, and A-2024- <br />164).
