TEAM BUILDING - FALL 2024 <br />GoFORORGANIZATION <br />EFFECTIVENESS CSNTAA001 Proposal <br />Revised: October 10, 2024 <br />Inspiring Excellence in Leaders and Organizations <br />The Centre's purpose is to advance the publicgood by inspiring excellence in leaders at alllevels in community -serving <br />organizations— publicsector, nonprofit education, and healthcare —and by helping them positively affect people's lives. <br />Since 1993, The Centre has partnered with hundreds of such organizations to drive important outcomes. <br />We look forward to working with you on this important work. <br />610101M <br />The City of Santa Ana has requested the Centre for Organization Effective ness to provide consulting services in the form <br />of a full -day Library Department Team Building event, and follow-up session with leadership to be planned in <br />December 2024 (team building event tentatively scheduled on 12/04/2024). <br />Flow of the Day (approximately 9am — 4pm) <br />• Breakfast (provided by the City) <br />• Kickoff and Welcome by the Director <br />• Welcome by the City Manager <br />• Discover Your Strengths: Using the CliftonStrengths Tool <br />• Lunch (provided by the City) <br />• World Cafe - rotate to stations in groups of 5-8 (thank you cards, work/life balance reflection, wellness station, <br />Ask Director anything, Strengths reflection/application, selfie station, etc.). The Centre will supply an additional <br />staff person to support the consultant with this part of the day. <br />• Wrap -Up <br />Approximately two weeks afterthe teambuilding day (or maybe a bit more or a little less with the holiday season), pull <br />togetherthe Library Leadership Team (LILT) to look at department's strengths and discuss how to cultivate positive <br />changes creating more psychological safety and encouraging communication. The Centre Facilitator will guide this <br />discussion. <br />The following services are included in this scope of work: <br />• Intake call with leadership to support session design, desired outcomes, and communication efforts <br />• Design and facilitation of 8-hour Team Building session <br />• Debrief/planning meeting with leadership to discuss session outcomes and areas of focus for the follow-up <br />leadership session <br />• Design and facilitation of 3-hour Follow-up Leadership session <br />• Administration of CliftonStrengths (top 5) for up to 80team members <br />The Centre for Organization Effectiveness / 3914 Murphy Canyon Road A164, San Diego, CA 92123 / 619-354-5701 / tcfoe.com <br />
