TAIT & Associates, Inc. <br />On -Call Water Resources Engineering Services <br />Design Field Walk <br />This sub -task includes all hours necessary for the field review and design required to observe and <br />document the existing site conditions and to identify anticipated work items. Existing condition <br />photos will be taken along the project limits in order to aid the City in construction coordination. All <br />field notes will be compiled and stored in the design file for reference. <br />Preliminary Design & Layout (30% Plans) <br />TAIT will prepare 30% layout plans are part of this task and will submit to the City for review and <br />verification of the proposed alignment and layout of improvements. Upon city review and approval <br />of the proposed alignment and improvements TAIT will initiate the plan and profile preparation <br />stage. <br />Deliverables: <br />✓ Field Walk Notes <br />✓ Preliminary Findings & 30% Layout Plans (Digital & Hard Copies) <br />D.2 Final Plan Preparation <br />Upon City confirmation of the preferred design alternative, TAIT will initiate the preparation of the 60% <br />PS&E package.
