Contract specifications shall be <br />included in the proposed project construction documents, which <br />shall be approved by the City of Santa Ana Planning and Building <br />Agency staff. <br />MM-OZ 4.2-7 The developer shall require by contract specifications that Planning and Project Prior to <br />construction operations rely on the electricity infrastructure Building Agency applicant construction <br />surrounding the construction site rather than electrical generators <br />powered by internal combustion engines to the extent feasible. <br />Contract specifications shall be included in the proposed project <br />construction documents, which shall be approved by the City of <br />Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency staff. <br />MM-OZ 4.2-8 The developer shall require by contract specifications that <br />Planning and <br />Project Prior to <br />construction parking be configured to minimize traffic interference <br />Building <br />applicant construction <br />during the construction period and, therefore, reduce idling of <br />Agency/Public <br />traffic.
