We refer to this as a Controlled Cloud. As <br />such, describe how your proposed solution(s) meet the following characteristics, as defined in NIST Special <br />Publication 800-145: <br />8.1.2.1 NIST Characteristic — On Demand Self -Service: Provide a brief written description of how the cloud <br />solutions proposed satisfies this individual essential NIST Characteristic. Attest capability and briefly <br />describe how self-service technical capability is met. <br />CA <br />APM <br />N/A. This is a SaaS service and clients do not have direct access to the underlying <br />infrastructure in order to provision computing capabilities. CA is responsible for the <br />management and maintenance of the infrastructure and will make any necessary <br />adjustments as part of providing this service to its clients. <br />MAA <br />This is a SaaS offering and On -Demand service is not available, however, MAA <br />customers are enabled to manage their accounts and carry out configuration changes <br />required to manage mobile applications. <br />CA Agile <br />We are a fully multi -tenant environment and do not provide the On -Demand Self - <br />Service capability. <br />ASM <br />This does not apply as this is a SaaS service. ASM customers are able to manage all <br />aspects of their accounts, create sub -accounts, and make any configuration changes <br />necessary for their monitors. <br />Google <br />SaaS, Google Apps administrators have access to an Admin Panel that allows them to perform <br />user administration, service configurations, reporting on demand. <br />Paas/IaaS, Google Cloud Platform is an integrated set of Compute tools, Storage Tools, <br />Networking Tools, Big Data analytic tools, Management tools and Services APIs.
