SOLICITATION # CH16012 <br />Virtru <br />All required services can be provisioned immediately when required. Users only need to install <br />application to get single -user capability, or login to administrative dashboard for administrative <br />features. <br />Salesforce <br />Salesforce PaaS and SaaS solutions are delivered on -demand via the web and can be accessed <br />with a browser and internet connection or mobile device. No additional software or infrastructure is <br />required. Salesforce hosts the entire solution, thus freeing up customers to manage their mission, <br />not manage an infrastructure solution. Additionally, Salesforce is browser agnostic and supports <br />all major browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE). No installations on users' laptops or desktops are <br />required and thus the solution is accessible from anywhere an internet connection and supported <br />browser are available, including mobile devices. <br />ServiceNow <br />Customer instances are provisioned automatically after an agreement between a customer and <br />ServiceNow is executed. ServiceNow actively monitors customer instance performance and can <br />automatically scale its application servers out horizontally by adding them to the load balancer <br />pools for a particular instance. <br />Docusign <br />DocuSign's DTM® solution is ISO 27001:2013 certified and many of the ISO 27001:2013 controls <br />are mapped to the NIST 800-53 requirements; we can provide additional information upon <br />request. <br />QTS <br />On -demand self-service. A consumer can unilaterally provision computing capabilities, such as <br />server time and network storage, as needed automatically without requiring human interaction with <br />each service provider. <br />SAP <br />Ariba <br />The solution provides self-service user profile management. Users profit from <br />the intuitive, minimal -step nature of the user interface with little or no training. <br />Changes to user profile includes workflow capability for profile changes. <br />Fieldglass <br />All system resources are available to all customers without limitation. The <br />system is highly configurable with most configurations being available to the <br />customer's administrators. <br />Hanna <br />HANA Enterprise Cloud is a private managed cloud therefore infra & services <br />could be requested (added or decommisioned) on demand by placing change <br />requests with SAP HEC teams. HEC roles & responsibilties document clearly <br />articulates what is included in the monthly HEC pricing and what is available <br />on -demand in addition to scaling up or down on the infra/compute. <br />Hybris <br />N/A <br />SuccessFactors <br />All self-service is in one place, including benefits and payroll if those products <br />are in scope. Self-service is an intuitive experience. We provide the ability for <br />employees to have configured permissions to take action in the tool such as <br />field or data updates for personal information, benefits changes, payroll <br />actions, completing workflow for assigned activities in the tool, etc. Self- <br />service for both employees and managers is configurable to fit your business <br />rules and organizational requirements. <br />VMware <br />VMware's IaaS and SaaS offerings complies with the On -Demand Self -Service characteristic, <br />because once purchased, a user can unilaterally provision compute resources with no human <br />interaction with VMware.
