SOLICITATION # CH16012 <br />8.6.6 Offeror must describe its logging process including the types of services and devices logged; the <br />event types logged; and the information fields. You should include detailed response on how you plan to <br />maintain security certifications. <br />CA <br />APM <br />CA has various log monitoring tools that help us keep track of live production systems <br />in order to understand load vs. resource utilization vs. performance. CA along with <br />AWS monitors the service and provides real time alerting when systems suddenly die, <br />or when system loads or response times approach critical thresholds. Logs are kept <br />for forensic examination and identification of trends in order to proactively ensure <br />stability. <br />MAA <br />CA MAA servers log all activity, and data retention is anywhere from 14 to 180 days <br />depending on the component and volume of logs generated <br />CA Agile <br />All systems are required to send logs to a centralized log server. At a minimum log <br />data must contain timestamps, usernames, IP Addresses, and query parameters. <br />ASM <br />ASM servers log all activity, and data retention is anywhere from 30 days to 1 year <br />depending on the application and volume of logs generated. <br />Google <br />This is largely the responsibility of the customer. Google's obligations, as described in 8.6.4, are to <br />ensure there is no unauthorized access of Customer data. Customers are responsibility for <br />ensuring their end users use the service according to the Customer's acceptable use policies. <br />During the onboard process, Customers will be assisted in the configuration controls that are <br />included to enforce acceptable use and security policies and trained in how to maintain oversight <br />on the ongoing usage of the services in scope. <br />AODocs <br />AODocs does not manage the authentification. The authentification is managed by Google. <br />Virtru <br />See'Virtru Security Policies and Procedures' <br />Salesforce <br />Salesforce Infrastructure Logs <br />Salesforce internal infrastructure logs are collected by various monitoring tools for activities on the <br />systems that host Salesforce, and include: <br />Server access <br />Network access <br />Firewall management events <br />Network intrusion detection systems traffic <br />Cache <br />Database <br />File integrity <br />Network device configuration <br />Anti -virus detection <br />Log events are correlated to generate alerts. Alerts are configured to notify the Technical <br />Operations and Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) teams. Security alerts <br />require acknowledgement and follow up, if appropriate by the CSIRT. Firewalls and IDS systems <br />are configured with automated syslog notifications for key events. Logs are archived and are <br />currently stored for a minimum of (1) one year. <br />NOTE: These logs are not available to customers. <br />Customer Auditing Capabilities <br />Within Salesforce, the creator and last updater, as well as timestamps, are recorded for every <br />record. Additionally, the Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Applications have a multitude of <br />history tracking and auditing features that provide valuable information about the use of an <br />carahsoft 72 carahsoft <br />
